STEM

Children are researchers by nature. As infants, they learn to pick up objects and analyze them as they crawl around their surroundings. Over time, they develop their imagination and with it they dream about the world around them or fantasy worlds.

Introducing STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) concepts from an early age helps children develop a love of learning as well as a foundation for their future education.

At NLD, we incorporate STEM into daily activities and games. When children build a block castle, they are not only playing, but also developing their engineering, creativity, and problem-solving skills. When they do this activity in a group, they develop their communication and collaboration skills.
